Till its a official announcement and shooting begins this is just another rumor. Personally I hope it blows up, a new ghostbusters would be cool but at the same time it would be watered down and full of CG effects with nothing that made the original special in this day and age of safe, stupid, effect filled, hollywoodized bullshit films. Besides the hype would be so huge that it would probablly dissapoint everyone and I dont want to hear them bitching about stupid nonsense.

I'm loving the return of The Ghostbusters, between the release of the cartoon Real Ghostbusters to the game coming out in June and then to part 3, Ghostbusters is making a huge comeback and I'm psyched!

They better make smart choices for their new Ghostbusters. Paul Walker, Josh Hartnett, Tay Diggs, and Steve Zahn would be my picks. I swear, if I see the Apatow pack as the new Ghostbusters...

This could be great, as long as they don't fuck it up with most modern movies. Keep it to the spirit of the first two. Don't suddenly inject all these shit and masturbation jokes just for tasteless humor. That's what I hated about Transformers. Keep it simple, to the point, and timeless. For the new Ghostbusters, hearing they might have a female this time makes me think back to Extreme Ghostbusters, but it could work. As long as they don't pick the Apatow stock actors. Others have mentioned it, and I agree. I don't wanna see Seth Rogen or Jonah Hill.

My roommate is elated. This is excellent news. We have high hopes not only for the movie.. but the game as well. Yay!
