Another French horror film we've been following super closely is High Lane, also known as Vertige in France. Thanks to Cannes, today the first trailer has made its way online and can be viewed here. It's looks like a cross between The Descent and Deliverance, what do you think? In the film a group of friends on vacation decide to venture onto a trail high up in the mountains that has been closed for repairs. The climb proves more perilous than planned. Especially as they soon realize that they're not alone. The adventure turns into a nightmare.
That was more a clip then a trailer LOL which was pretty fuckin stupid. I've seen better shit in Vertical Limit,that movie was dumb as fuck but had amazing deaths. Now as for the movie the french remake of Wrong turn.
Looks like it might be a decent movie. They just need to make a better trailer than that. It was mostly just one clip with ridiculously overdramatic music added in.
I saw a bear trap scene, so is this going to be another "back wood hicks attack a pretty young group of naive adventurers" film, except in French? If so, this better have wall-to-wall gore if it plans on being remotely interesting.
I'm kind of sick of good looking people getting killed -_- Give me some fat chick on a motorcycle who is a hitwoman... I'd watch it O_o
