While on the set of Joe Dante's The Hole, Bloody-Disgusting's Jeff Otto learned of a very special cameo in the film that follows two brothers who discover a mysterious hole in the basement that leads to their worst nightmares. While parading around set, Jeff discovered that the great Dick Miller makes a cameo as a pizza delivery guy! This reteams Miller once again with Dante as he starred as Murray Futterman in Gremlins, among other greats films such as Piranha, Rock 'n Roll High School, The Little Shop of Horror (1960), The Howling, Twilight Zone: The Movie, Chopping Mall, Night of the Creeps and even The Terminator. We should have some on set photos soon.
Don't forget Bucket of Blood...it was his only starring role. Good thing Miller's still around to make his obligatory cameo - it wouldn't be a Dante film without him.
Dick Miller's the man! Love his cameo in Night of the Creeps! Awesome to see him still around, though a cameo as a pizza delivery man is kinda strange. I would've had him as an repairman or something.
To bad he couldnt cameo in pirahna remake since he was like the mayor or whatnot in the original, but its nice to see him being paid attention to. When I met him at horrorhound I got the feeling he may not be doing this stuff much longer.
