Summit Entertainment just provided Bloody-Disgusting with a clean hi-res look at the new one sheet for Stewart Hendler's Sorority Row, which stars Briana Evigan, Rumer Willis, Audrina Patridge, Carrie Fisher, Julian Morris, Leah Pipes, Margo Harshman, Jamie Chung, Matt O'Leary and Caroline D'Amore. The remake of The House on Sorority Row begins when five sorority girls inadvertently cause the murder of one of their sisters in a prank gone wrong, they agree to keep the matter to themselves and never speak of it again, so they can get on with their lives. This proves easier said than done, when after graduation a mysterious killer goes after the five of them and anyone who knows their secret. Halloween season kicks off with Sorority Row on October 2nd.
It's only a teaser poster...I think it's a pretty brilliant one, too. That weapon looks kickass, even though it does look like some sort of medieval weapon. Can't wait to see the actual poster (which I'm sure will have all the girls on it).
WHAT the fuck is that. BOOOOOOOOO, come on it's hard to really take any remake or what every they call them now seriously. This poster looks like hot garbage.
The weapon looks like they're trying way too hard but who knows? The poster doesn't really give you any feel for the actual film so maybe it'll knock everyone on their ass like My Bloody Valentine 3D. The biggest question I have is that the one end looks like a harpoon so does it shoot off of there? That'd be pretty sweet.
