Sunday, June 14th can't come soon enough as at 9pm ET HBO will have their season premiere of True Blood, the second season of the vampire drama that chronicles the backwoods Louisiana town of Bon Temps...where vampires have emerged from the coffin, and no longer need humans for their fix. Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) works as a waitress at the rural bar Merlotte's. Though outwardly a typical young woman, she keeps a dangerous secret: she has the ability to hear the thoughts of others. You can check out the second promo TV spot for the new season and pick up the first season on both DVD and Blu-ray May 19 (a must-see).
I'm reallt looking forward to Season 2, and picking up Season 1 on dvd next week. I'm not sure why, but I enjoy this show for some reason. It's my anti-Twilight.

Hope there's more action (vampire action) in this season, Jason was too much in the last one and wasn't necessary...
Can't Wait for season 2 as well! Thank god I didn't cancel HBO after literaly everything I watched was cancelled or ended. I was just about to cancel it when promos for the first season came on and I decided to wait. I am so glad I waited.:D
