Arriving in theaters this summer from Sony Pictures is Chris Nahon's Blood: The Last Vampire, which tells the story of a mysterious girl known as Saya (Gianna Jun), who is employed by a covert US government agency to eradicate a species of vampire-demons that is about to threaten mankind. Half-demon herself, and armed with just a samurai sword and a whole bunch of attitude, Saya kicks vampire ass like nobody you have ever seen before. Beyond the break you can now watch the final US trailer for the live-action adaptation of the popular Manga.
There is a 50 ep anime that pretty good.
And this is obviously based on the short original movie and not the tv show or manga.
I'm quite annoyed at the all the wire-fu and how it looks more like Crouching Tiger then the kickass horror, action the cartoon was.
My Girlfriend got me into the anime series. It was pretty girly but still kick ass. Actually if they do this right it could easily be a trilogy. This one should take place on US airbase right after WWII then Saya goes into hibernation. In the 2nd one they prematurely wake her to fight in Vietnam War and she goes nuts slaughtering civilians. And finally the third one has her traveling the globe killing members of a secret cult that worships her twin sister Diva. Sounds good to me.
WOOOOW Saya Otonashi and Diva ,great ,i canīt believe film this live action,i wait it no change a lot this in the original story.
If you donīt watch the anime search like BLOOD+
like the movie blade ... but with PMS..!
should be a kool flick.
