The incredible Danny Huston (30 Days of Night) is getting wet for Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures as he's been cast as Poseidon in Clash of the Titans opposite other Mount Olympus power players Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes. Sam Worthington, Mads Mikkelsen, Gemma Arterton, Jason Flemyng and Alexa Davalos also are in the cast, with Izabella Miko also joining tonight. The retelling of the Perseus myth, directed by Louis Leterrier ("The Incredible Hulk"), began shooting Monday outside London.

i can't wait to see MEDUSA in this movie. i KNOW it's going to be effing freaky/scary!
Those of you who haven't seen "The Proposition," really should Danny Huston was scary as hell in there-- one absolutely brilliant and incredible performance as the vicious Arthur Burns!
ophelia, yeah, Danny plays younger Stryker (the same Stryker character in X2 who is responsible for the adamantium, sp?, of Wolverine and the same Stryker who was out to destroy all mutants in X2). he's awesome as usual. i dug him in 30 Days.
yeah i was watching Wolverine, and 2 days later went. OH styker was the vampire in 30 days of night. hahaha.
hes a creepy guy, that i bet is owed to that character above.
Clash was a great movie, but it is sooo dated. I am looking forward to a remake with todays effects. Not advocating remakes, but this is one I can understand. I would like to see other stories made. If this does well we may see a resurgence in the mythology Genre. Here`s hoping.
