I dig the trailer, but don't like the sherri moon as mrs. voorhees thing. Either way, I'll be checking it out, I just hope that bit is scaled down or not as important as they are making it look. He did a good job fleshing out the character in the last movie, but a big reason he was scary as an older man was that he seemed almost completely shut off. This mom thing might take it a little too far, particularly because it seems a bit familiar.

Mike Myers is FUCKING NUTS, he thinks the ghost of his mother and his self as a child are telling him to kill laurie so that they can all be reunited in death. Sheri Moon is a ghost in Mike Myers head ..... he's fucking nuts , thats all there is to it.

I can live with that because just like all the previous Halloweens his mask never really had any dirt or anything like that they were usually white. Sorry to tell you Acathla but Rob Zombie's Halloween was nothing even Close to a masterpiece, when you're a director you have to do something called caricature building, something that was lacking big time, I cared nothing for any of the cast, Malcolm McDowell's Loomis was way over acted and not at any time did it feel like a Halloween movie, even Halloween Resurrection had the essence of a Halloween movie and that was an abomination to the franchise.

After seeing this trailer i have no anticipation for this movie what so ever. It kind of gave me an internet only trailer for some direct to dvd movie feeling. I mean the first one had potential with the idea of going back to michaels childhood but Zombie ruined it with that whole white trash back story. Thats not michael myers no matter who makes it or who's vision it is. Thats just Zombie's vision for all his movies. and this deborah myers ghost thing...from what i got from the trailer she looks like she pops uo through out the movie in michaels mind like a kind of split personality thing where she talks to him as if shes really there. it just dont seem like it will fit in. also she looks cheesy like she was from one of Zombies msic videos. i will probably see this movie just becuase its a halloween movie but im definatly going to see FD4 first.

I thought the shot of Michael being blown in the wind with what looks like a helicopter light was cool...

well with the exception of this sheri moon shit, the trailer kicked ass! i just hope she's not in the movie too much, because this whole gost/pale demon angel shit looks very stupid...her scenes in the trailer felt so out of place
