...Hate to smash anyone's dreams (not really), but according to the movie's website, this movie is officially PG-13. Man, FUCK Sam Raimi and Ghost House right up their stupid asses. Watered down horror for the masses sucks monkey nuts. I am going nowhere NEAR this one.

for some reason i'm not that upset by the PG-13 rating with this (but that could change AFTER i've seen the movie!). i HATE watered down movies but i think this movie will STILL be good!

You're idiots of you think the only way horror is good is if it's hard-R! PG-13 horror was awesome back in the 80s, and Raimi's a horror vet. Hell, this movie was originally thought up in the 80s, hence if it carries the same spirit of "get your bang for your buck" PG-13 movies that came out back then, it's an instant win. What, you seriously it's going to be considered Horror Lite like Twilight, The Covenant or Prom Night? Seriously, get out of the mentality that all horror movies should be paired off into either teenybopper PG-13 movies or hard R tit and gore fests. Horror actually USED to be much more diverse than THAT, and it's about time it tread those roads again.

you are right magnaderalpha pg13 is not bad you do know it is a business right people. if you dont want to watch it fine but you know that there will be a R or unrated version on dvd so stop your crying if a film is good it is good and I have seen a way to many R films that are no way scary.and also there are so many movie houses one can show the PG13 and one can show the R but the big guys dont want anyone taking there tickets so blame the system and leave Raimi alone intill you see the film. thank you.

If it's a pg-13 full of blood in the form of rain I'm down. If it's ecto plasma I'm not (unless it's a ghostbusters movie). If you haven't watched reserve and report all should. It is crazy. I can't believe this was a big studio film. JODY HILL FUCKING RULES.

Yeah, Mr. Raimi confirms that this is PG-13 all the way and "less assaultive" than the Dead films. Oh well. Obviously a business decision rather than an artistic one. Still have to see the damn thing.

There is nothing wrong with PG-13... I mean come on, some movies say fuck and show tits, some movies dont. Maybe, just maybe, Raimi's vision was PG-13... maybe it simply just doesnt need to be R and thats how it was ment to be made... and as for you Pike and all the other people who think Drag Me To Hell is gonna be the next Evil Dead movie, its not gonna be alright so forget it. There is no reason to compare it to those masterpieces because it has nothing to do with them and is nothing like them so dont go in expecting Evil Dead awesomeness cause you will be disappointed.

P.S. I cant wait to see this movie... So fucking glad Raimi has returned to horror at least for the moment... I BELIEVE IN SAM RAIMI. I whole heartedly trust him in the Horror genre, maybe not so much with my super hero movies any more, but in horror i trust him to do it up right.

cool poster. People should relax and not complain about the movie until it is actually seen. Best method is to go in with a open mind and not expecting much but just to be entertained for a time.

I'm willing to be this is a good flick just cuz ol' Sam Raimi is directing. I wonder if his kid brother will again get a supporting role, curtesy of his big bro'. I haven't heard much about this movie, so I'll be looking for more posts.

Respect all opinions but MAGNADERALPHA: this is NOT the 80´s and Raimi is NOT the Raimi of the 80´s, even if he´s coming back to horror genre. PG-13 sucks. But maybe a good movie though.
