Does this movie have anything going for itself other than a (semi)nude Megan Fox?

It's not plain girls, hor666. And no, horror wasn't all about hot girls, boobs and blood. Horror up to the late-80s was all about NORMAL looking girls that were built(structure) like girls you'd see everyday in life. THEY were the main heroines, girls like Jamie Lee Curtis, Adrienne King, Heather Langenkamp, Ashley Laurence, all depicted normal girls. All looked the part. Actually, if you look at a lot of those movies, casting was varied. You had SOME chicks with full racks, but they weren't afraid of giving the nude scenes to chicks who DIDN'T have giant boobs. Hell, I find those nude scenes more sexier, the ones with the skinny chicks with the tiny boobs in the shower or such cause that's more realistic than implants galore. It wasn't until horror became more campy in the late 80s that the stripper-body chicks became more a mainstay. I take it you were a fan of that era more than the era prior to it?

Most people are about as sick of Megan Fox as they are Seth Rogan but she's still my number 1 seed. Seeing her covered in blood only makes her hotter in my book. Can't wait to see this flick.
