Gotta agree with Ultor. The thing about the mask is it hid everything human about Michael Myers. But, at the same time... fuck it. If you're trying something new with the series, what's the point? I enjoyed the hell out of the remake, Zombie took it to a new level and didn't sell out. He kept it gritty, kept it new, and pissed off a lot of fan boys in the process. That alone deserves applause. Fan boys need to grow a pair and accept something new. Something that doesn't take the series in the 'Resurrection' direction. I'm psyched.

I am excited, loved the first one, gonna see this one in the theatres too!

Well, yes i am looking forward to it as i had no problem with the remake though it doesn't have much on the original. I just dont want Michael becoming so sirty and fucked up that he looks like Jason in 'Jason goes to hell'. Freddy has his burns and michael has that white mask that is so iconic. I guess I dont want Michael to turn into a tramp. Next thing you know he'll have a bottle of white lightning! But, yea! bring on the sequel. Just wish Zombie would grow some balls and release it on Halloween with saw. It is a halloween movie after all.

Very cool. I like the clean, white mask too, but it sounds like he'll (eventually) come up with a shiny new mask to replace this one, as it's seen better days. And maskless in between. Can't wait!

Let's remember that in the first movie the mask was buried in the ground for 15 years, plus he killed several people and was shot at close range. The "look" is appropriate for what he has been through. I like it.
