Beyond the break you can check out the first one sheet for Warner Bros. Pictures' The Box, which was directed by Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko) for release on October 30. In the "Twilight Zone"-esque film, Norma and Arthur Lewis are a suburban couple with a young child who receive an anonymous gift bearing fatal and irrevocable consequences. A simple wooden box, it promises to deliver its owner $1 million with the press of a button. However, pressing this button will simultaneously cause the death of another human being somewhere in the world...someone they don't know.
Why do they think we love giant pictures of celebrities faces and having their names outshine the title of the movie? The artistry should be enough to sell a film.
Movie sounds cool, interesting concept. The stills I've seen look intriguing as well. I'm curious to see why this is a period piece. The poster however is unimaginative and boring. I'd rather they lose Cameron and just enlarge and center the guy at the bottom.
lol I don't care when you have the first intial R and your last name's kelly your asking for a R Kelly reference especially when the movies called "the box":
So at the trail of R Kelly he brought a gift over to the girls house and inside A D*** IN THE BOX
I hate when the celebs face is on the poster, its so uncreative and lame. As if these actors don't have the spotlight enough, we have to have their faces cover the entire movie posters, ridiculous.
