Stomp the Yard actor Brian White (pictured inside) has nabbed a role in the Joss Whedon-Drew Goddard horror collaboration The Cabin in the Woods, which is currently filming in Vancouver. Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford topline the MGM thriller, about which almost nothing is known but its release date: February 5, 2010. White will play a character named Truman alongside Kristen Connolly, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams and Chris Hemsworth. Much like Cloverfield, which Goddard scripted, the Cabin story line provides a new twist on a classic scenario -- in this case the young-people-stranded-in-the-woods horror trope.
