Another director would be great as well - someone who didn't choose the lamest music ever created to ensure that soundwise there was no continuity between the first and second films. Seriously, if Pesce hadn't plopped in that super out of place "twangy" guitar as Edgar's leitmotiff and a bunch of crappy mall-core jams to round out the soundtrack (not to mention that absolutely worthless cover of Cry Little Sister), then at least the film wouldn't have been irritating to listen to. Something tells me that there wasn't anything wrong with the writer of the first film (judging by the comics he penned which I really enjoyed) but the studio seemed to interfere and reign in his ideas. Please just let the writer write this time, and don't force him to put in all that nonsensical "extreme sports" stuff - you're not hooking in any new fans, you're just fueling the rumors that the executive offices in Hollywood are populated by talented people's half-retarded cousins. Here's hoping we get tons of Corey, Jamison and Corey II (get Haim a babysitter or something - trust me it will be worth it).
