I hate to admit it, but I really enjoyed Tremors 1-3, but after the fourth film, I kind of wished the series was done with. Now I read that Tremors 5 is in the works? Will the madness ever end? Read on for details.
Moviehole writes, "Stampede Entertainment say there are plans for a Tremors 5.
"There have been a lot of rumors about Tremors 5 so here is the latest news. S.S. Wilson and Brent Maddock have a finished script. Whether it actually gets made depends, as always, on the success of Tremors 4", says a spokesperson for the studio via email.
The official site says roughly the same. "Well, in the envelope or not, here's where it stands: Brent Maddock and S.S Wilson are just finishing the script (March 2004). Whether it actually gets made depends, as always, on the success of Tremors 4. It's hard for movie companies to stop making sequels if people keep buyin'em!".
Apparently a problem facing the sales of "Tremors 4" is that some large stores have refused to carry it because they're not into carrying direct to DVD movies anymore."
