Now that Daeg's being recast, I have a hard time being as excited as I was for this one...didn't he do that in Devil's Rejects with Mama Firefly and ruin that one too??

I love the first film, but i was kind of hoping this film would be flashback free but seeing as Daeg has been recast thats not going to happen, i just dont know what else Zombie has to show us about Michaels past.

This Myers mask is definitely an improvement over the one used in Zombie's first 'Halloween'.

Yes, he recast Mama Firefly in REJECTS... because Karen Black didn't want to come back. No, he didn't ruin REJECTS by recasting, because Leslie Easterbrook is A)fantastic in the role, and B)a far more gracious and grateful actress than Miss Black.

jkrouskop, I agree that Devil's Rejects was certainly not ruined by the lack of Karen Black, but I DID miss her. Leslie Easterbrook did a fine job, I just thought Karen Black got the gross sluttiness down a bit better. I still look forward to H2. RZ makes a fine movie.

I like this guys acting. I know he didn't have a big part in Halloween, we will just have to wait and see what happens to him in this one???
