Following this past weekend's Wonder Con, Overture Films has gone all out promoting their upcoming sci-fi horror film Pandorum, which arrives in theaters September 4th from director Christian Alvart (Antibodies, Case 39). First we brough you three new hi-res stills, then a look at the new one sheet and now you can officially get aquatinted with the film by checking out the first trailer inside! Starring Dennis Quaid (The Horsemen) and Ben Foster (30 Days of Night), a young crew member awakes from his hyper sleep chamber to discover he's alone on a massive spaceship. He ventures towards the bridge in search of others and to try and figure out what happened.
The trailer just kept getting better and better and I was set when it said Producers from the Resident Evil films. It's like ummm Event Horizon meets Doomsday in a space ship.
i dunno yall. Ive seen this movie like eight times already. As much as I LOVE sci-fi horror and as much as I want to like this, I dont think it looks that good. However, I will definately give it a try. I do love me some sci-fi horror and I do want it to be good though.
And no one can hear your scream in outter space....its hard to find a good sci-fi horror film....Aliens was really the best one to me but that was a creature but the looks was awsome of that film but theses films don't do it for me.
Ah, I want to see it. >< There's quite a few horror films coming out this year that look promising..but this is the first sci fi related one in a long time I'm actually anticipating.
Hopefully it lives up to our expectations.
