Beyond the break you can check out the first official clip from Rogue Pictures' The Last House on the Left, which arrives in theaters March 13. The clip is the introduction of Krug and features the moment in the film that sets off the events of that terrible night. John and Emma Collingwood are on vacation at their lakeshore house when, by a bizarre twist of fate, they give shelter to the sociopaths who have just assaulted and nearly killed their daughter. Upon discovering the truth, they exact a chilling revenge on her attackers...
It looks awesome but just one tiny complain. When Mary says "It doesn't matter. You can even have my keys". Then the lady next to her says thank you, Mary. Why did Mary have to mention about her keys? That was her only survival plan. But I'll let that aside for two reasons. One, this is a great clip. Two, a horror movie always has its share of flaws.
I would've taken the key offering tactic too... I mean, for me, it's either that or proactively attack like Reese Witherspoon in "Freeway" (in the jail scene). Hell, I'd probably die, but that's better than having some asshole rape me with a knife to my throat and killing me afterward.
I thought the acting wasn't that great either. Not sure if I'll even care if these girls die.
