Beyond the break you can check out the first trailer for Not Forgotten, which was acquired by Anchor Bay for release later this year. In the film Simon Baker plays a bank manager in a U.S.-Mexico border town haunted by the death of his daughter. He and his wife approach a Latina soothsayer to find out what happened to the girl, but the old woman's visions threaten to dredge up secrets from their tortured pasts. In addition, you'll also find a look at the thriller The Cry of the Owl, which stars Julia Styles.

THE CRY OF THE OWL: Based on the novel by Patricia Highsmith (The Talented Mr. Ripley), CRY OF THE OWL is the story of a troubled young man, Robert, who leaves the big city and his ex-wife for the tranquility of a small town. He finds respite from his problems by secretly watching the normal domestic life of a woman he doesn’t know through her kitchen window. But when Jenny catches Robert in the act, she doesn’t call the police. Instead she feels a strange empathy for Robert and invites him into her home. Robert is drawn into a relationship with Jenny, which has dire consequences when her boyfriend Greg finds out. Immediately suspicious of Robert, Greg makes it his mission to destroy him. But when a fight leaves Greg unconscious and missing, Robert discovers he is the number one suspect in a murder case that is slowly beginning to look like the ultimate set-up.

confusing plots... but I like Julia Stiles so The Cry of The Owl might be promising.

Not Forgotten looks terrible....Simon Baker? C'mon! Besides the mumbo jumbo shit...where is even the pretense for horror????

What's wrong with Simon Baker??? These don't look that bad. More thrillers than horror though.
