H2 is my film for 2009. I cannot wait!!!! I'll be watching the progress of this film like a hawk with a magnifying glass. They'd better make sure they get it right first time, there won't be much time for any reshoots if they're putting this out in August. KM

I'm anxious to see this. I really hope he make's it his own like the first half of his H remake, and doesn't kill it all in the last half. Don't try to remake h2 to please people, forget everything and make it your own vision.

I'll continue to say FUCK REMAKES (I hope Rob Zombie is making this film so that he can get financing + distribution for T-REX) ... leave the classics alone (kindly release great quality on to dvd, please)!

I loved Zombie's "Halloween". I thought it was great! Of course it will never be anywhere as near as good as the original, but I liked it a hell of alot more than "Halloween : Resurrection". I can't wait for a sequel. I'm excited :)

As has been said a thousand times before, this is not going to be a remake. Rather, it is an all-new, all-Zombie, follow-up to his first one.

This isn't a remake of the original H2... this is a sequel to the reboot, so Zombie will have a lot more freedom, which is very important for Zombie to put out something awesome.

Looks good, I dug the reboot. Just wish they would stop calling it H2, before it sticks. I hate when they do that with movies. T2, H20, X2, it goes on and on...

I loved Zombies remake. Just like TCM and Friday i love that they keep true to the elements of the originals and do their own spin on it. But these new movies are hardly remakes they're more like reboots of the franchises based on the originals. And Zombies Halloween was THE best Halloween movie since Halloween II. I think Michael was never better than in Zombies version,I just loved every second of him. But I guess these reboots will always be controversial no matter what they are like. They will always be people who love them and always be some who hate them. Halloween was my first Horror franchise I became a fan of,so many years ago (must be 12 years ago by now) and I LOVED Zombies version and I can't wait for this sequel because this Michael is the coolest Michael ever,because Scout Taylor Compton is so damn cute and an eye candy every single second and judging from some earlier spoilers there will be alot of violent kills in this movie as wella s some cool flashbacks with young Michael and his mother. This sequel will totally rock!!

Hopefully its better than the first one. That movie was terrible, and Im a Zombie fan.

I can't wait for this movie. I hate to say it but I wish Scout Taylor Compton was not returning. I did not like her acting in this movie. I also don't want to see S. Zombie in this movie. There is no reason for her to be in it. But there will probably be flashbacks, which she WILL be in. She's dead!! Still can't wait!!!!

I love it when people are like, "these aren't remakes, they're reboots." If you could wrestle your head free from that goddamn lemming mentality you would understand that it means the same damn thing. Of course, I'm probably yelling at a 13 year old, so maybe I should just relax.

I am 26 you moron. And remake and reboot is not the same thing. A remake is an exact copy with same story,characters,scenes etc like the Psycho remake. A reboot is a movie which just starts the franchise new from scratch.A reboot keeps the trademark elements but does it's very own spin on the story and shows it in a way that the original didn't or did differently. Contrary to the TCM or Friday reboot Halloween kept the original characters and main events but still did a very different spin on them (Like the whole Myers family which is very different from the original or the fact that Annie did NOT die in the reboot whereas in the original she does.Or Loomis writing a book about michael,then of course the ending etc) and THATS what makes it a reboot instead of a remake. A reboot is a re-envisioning of the story, a remake is just redoing what has been done before without changing anything. god,how I hate people who think they are smart if in reality they are the dumbest assholes on the planet.

not a big deal, but at least the halloween REMAKE (remake, reboot, reenvisioning, same damn thing) was a hell of a lot better than the F13 remake. Everyone in the theater was so dissapointed in that film. I thought it was decent, but I would not recomend it. My friends hated it.
