While Production Weekly reported this evening that Natalie Portman (V for Vendetta) is now attached to Seth Grahame-Smith's novel Pride and Prejudice and Zombies - Jane Austen's novel with bone crunching zombie action - a source at website Shocktillyoudrop is reporting this information is premature. "Premature. No offers or handshakes of any kind yet - other people circling," reports their unnamed source. Austen fans are in for a shock, with heroine Elizabeth Bennet and her four sisters becoming zombie slayers and taught how to fight like Japanese ninjas by Mr Darcy. The project was first announced here last week.
