Holy awesome. We just caught wind of a new indie short entitled The Transient, which features a vampire Abraham Lincoln... yes, a vampire Lincoln. The best part is the 25-minute short film is available for FREE by clicking here! "Filmed in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, THE TRANSIENT is a 25-minute short film detailing the story of a homeless vigilante and his case worker, Steve, as they try to thwart Vampire Abraham Lincoln and his gang of 1980's punks from sucking the blood of four-score and seven virgins." Awesome.

ha i enjoyed that quite a bit. some pretty good one liners. though definitely no gore and little action, looked pretty good for no budget, pretty neat ideas and ominous atmosphere overall. the ham line and the shot with the mirrors at the end made me laugh. vampire lincoln was fantastic
