Bloody-Disgusting learned today that Leomax has acquired Scary Madison's The Shortcut (trailer), which was produced by Adam Sandler. The movie centers on two brothers who come upon a rarely used shortcut in their new town -- and soon discover the reasons why it's so rarely used. If previous titles are any indication (Walled In, Grace and Cold Prey), the film will hit DVD via Anchor Bay Entertainment.
