Rodriguez and Predator? I'm cool with that... being a reboot with more than one Predator? I always thought that what made the Predator so cool it was the fact that only one kicked some many people asses! kinda a an alien Rambo/Commando of sorts...

its a tricky one its one of those movies you want to see return ... in any form really... but then when you get cr@p like AvP.... you get all angry and stuff... *sigh*.. this is a moral dilemma

Does the "Reboot in Serious Trouble" refer to that it is being produced by Troublemaker Studios? I can't see what's the trouble with the premise. Remakes suck 9 out of 10 times anyway, IMO; so why thinking it could be good or necessary to begin with?

Would be good to see a 3rd Predator film instead of another avp but would also prefer Rodriguez get a move on with Sin City 2 before this.

Im a huge predator fan so Im kinda up in the air...a remake might be good, but if they can change it up enough to be different Im down with that just to see Predator. I think Robert would do it justice if he did go ahead with this. As long as I see predator just slaughtering people, Im there.

The serious trouble is that this movie will blow. Wow...this reboot shit is getting really old. Everytime I come on here something else is getting "REBOOTED!" It seems like that's the new euphemism for "Remake." We're not remaking the flick over again, we're rebooting it, and thus giving it a fresh new start for a younger generation who apparently aren't able to go down to their local video store, add the video to their netflix que, or watch it one of the dozen of times that it's on TV...

yay, finally, i still only really like the first original predator, part 2 was okay but compare to the alien vs predator bullshit films - part 2 looks like oscar winning material. i like the idea. if there's more than 1 predator, how about just call the film "Predators"

Sounds interesting. NOTHING could be as abhorrent as Predator 2! I don't care if they call it a reboot, remake, re-imagining, sequel, prequel...whatever. All of my beloved franchises have at least a couple of crap entries. I just hope they don't sell us out too badly with a PG-13 or some such shit. But as long as the Predator or Michael Myers or Jason Voohees keep coming back, I'll keep paying to see them tear shit up!
