Peace Arch Home Entertainment (USA) LLC will be releasing Killer Movie (trailer) on DVD in both the United States and Canada on February 3, 2009. The DVD will be available for $29.99 SRP in the U.S. and $32.99 in Canada at all major retailers. This DVD is loaded with special features and will include a limited edition foil O-Card with a digital copy of the feature! In the world of reality TV, producer Seaton Brookstone (Carbonell) is used to handling spoiled celebrities, testy crews and unexpected setbacks. But no one is prepared when the shooting crew finds itself stranded in the remote northern town of White Plains with a killer on the loose. As past suspicions, betrayals and secrets are revealed, the nightmare of shooting this reality show becomes all too real for Director Jake Tanner (Wesley), his crew and his sexy Hollywood celebrity Blanca Champion (Cuoco). Killer Movie premiered to positive reviews at the Tribeca Film Festival. Cinematical reported that “Killer Movie is a well-acted, enjoyable popcorn movie”. In addition, the film won the Best Director (Jeff Fisher) and Best Cinematography (Dino Parks) awards at the Solstice Film Festival. Killer Movie is won Best Florida film at the 22nd Annual Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. Killer Movie 2 is set for production in 2010.
