Arriving on DVD January 20th from Anchor Bay Entertainment is Cold Prey, a slasher film all the way from Norway. Over at BDTV you can check out the official trailer for the film, which is pretty awesome if you ask me. In the film Jannicke, Morten Tobias, Eirik, Mikael and Ingunn are on a snowboarding vacation in Jotunheimen. They are forced to take shelter in an abandoned hotel when Morten Tobias breaks his leg and their car is too far away for them to reach within nightfall. They quickly discover that the hotel was closed in the seventies due to the disappearance of the managers' son. Unknown to them, someone is still living in the hotel, and getting home, or even surviving the stay, isn't as easy as they believe.
I bought this film in pal dvd over 8 months ago.Fantastic slasher film.A great look to the film and the actors did not bother me at all one bit.Highly recommended to those who still crave old school 80's horror.Hope you enjoy.Movieeddie
