I've never read the source material, but I'm hoping it turns out good even though it sounds a lot like that awful Stallone film 'D-Tox' from a few years back. Anyone familiar with the storyline of 'Whiteout' who could allay my doubts?

I'll see it. It's sounds like it could be good. Maybe I'll pick up the comic while I'm at it.

Cathedral, i know, right?! it sucks we have to wait that long. i'm dying to see this! i'm a huge Kate B fan PLUS the storyline and the setting sounds and looks awesome!

I've read the comic, it's actually a great little murder mystery in an interesting setting. But they seemed to change some major plot points and characters that are going to have a pretty drastic effect on the tone of the film. And from these pictures it doesn't seem to captivate the sense of being lost in the white that the comic conveys. Oh well I will still go watch it to see if its any good. Anyone know why it has been delayed? I was under the impression it was pretty much done.
