Now that all of the Friday the 13th and The Unborn hype have hit full steam, Platinum Dunes producer Brad Fuller has once again updated his official blog with some words on both upcoming releases. He talks a bit about the scares in the PG-13 horror film from David Goyer, while he also teases something cool on the horizon from their remake of FRIDAY THE 13TH. More importantly, Fuller is interested in knowing your thoughts on the trailer, the new "bag head" Jason Voorhees photo and your thoughts about UNBORN, so click on over and leave some comments, all you have to do is a be a registered member on Bloody-D.

I Love that Derek Mears is The New Jason Voorhees. We're from the same town and its always nice to see Home town boy Become Home Town Hero. Im Not going to lie, I used to be one of those Remake-haters and Kane hodder Diehards but you've won me over. Its new, its differnt, It respects the entire Fridat the 13th Mythology, Its exactly what the franchise needed to keep it from Dying. I've been Following the progress And i Love what I see. Be Proud Mr. Fuller.

Interesting blog from Mr Fuller, loved how he explained how the trailer doesn't spoil all the kills and that there are more posters coming our way. Sweet.

Maybe this has already been addressed before but I am a little confused. Viewing the trailer, it appears as though these kids hang at one of their parent's homes. Will we just be seeing jason's home and not camp crystal lake? I saw nothing that appeared to be a camp in the trailer. I hope I am wrong. The movie looks good though from trailer.

Really wish The Unborn was rated R, but I'll obviously still give it a chance. But I'm pretty fuckin pumped for this Friday reboot, everything they've been showing has looked awesome, sack pic, trailer, poster, just keeps getting better and better. Keep giving us updates!

Yeah, it doesn't look like there will be teenagers setting up to opent he camp this time out, but partying instead.

yeah, it's going to be like the vacationing/partying "kids" in part 3 & 4 (which is fine w/ me!).

Brad, we are all counting down the days. I'd say that although the storyline is important...the focus that platinum dunes seems to take on the kills is crucial. PUSH it to the LIMIT as you did with Texas Chainsaw the Beginning. Show us how brutal Jason can truly be and this film will be unbeatable.
