Let me take a shot at the ending: He chooses to save the hundreds of children from being killed for their organs and somehow is able to get his daughter a kidney anyway. They all live happily ever after. THE END.

A better ending. They take his organs and as he's dying he finds out his daughter set him up to pay her credit cards off.

What about the father chooses to save a life of his daughter, but that's the only beginning of the movie. The ghosts of the children come back to haunt him. It ends with the father ripping of his and his daughter's lungs in Mexico.

a better ending. All is well and she get's the donor transplant....but little did they konw they the lungs belonged to a 14 year old black haired korean girl who SMOKED!

or a better one — it turns out that he saves his daughter over the children, but once she's had her lung transplant — his doctor tells him that he needs a kidney transplant. his daughter is the only match they can find, but she won't give it to him. he kills her, takes the kidney (preserving it, of course) and then gets his transplant. the ghost of the daughter then teams up with the ghosts of the children and they kill her father and it ends.

I don't think this will ever end...........

What if the guy forsakes the kids to get his daughter the organ for transplant but decides to keep it for himself when it turns he needs the organ for himself because he drank the water in Mexico. Then the transplant doesn’t take and he dies, his daughter dies and they keeping killing kids for organs. Everybody dies. The End? Then in the sequel he comes back as a zombie that of course eats the kids that are killed for there organs to cover up the crime. Then in the prequel we find out the daughter’s organ went bad after she ate a bad burrito her father got her at Taco Bell. So in a way he kills her twice. Sounds like big money at the box office to me.
