Some goods news and some bad news. The bad news is that the long delayed Amusement won't be hitting theaters. The good news is that it'll be available on DVD and Blu-ray on January 20th from Warner Home Entertainment (where's my TRICK 'R TREAT?!). Jake Wade Wall's script centers on a traumatized woman who's questioned by a cop and a psychiatrist about three stories -- involving a clown, a hotel and a convoy -- that involve her and two of her female friends from childhood.
Finally one of 4 most anticipated long delayed titles is hitting dvd,the other 3 is midnight meat train, poughkeepsie tapes and of course the grand daddy trick r treat and no surprise it is bare bones warner bros will most likely do the same thing to trick r treat
fceurich; there are five anticipated, long-delay titles. You forgot about Paranormal Activty. But, for now I am glad to at least finally get to see one of them. Can you believe the awful House of the Dead got a wide theatrical release and two different dvd releases? And we still have to wait for much better reviewed, more original horror movies. It's fucked up.
hey coldblood what is paranormal activity about? thought that i seen a thing on here while ago but dont rememvber what its about........ya wheres the long delayed trick r treat and the MMT and poughkeepsie tapes at.
i heard poughkeepsie tapes is coming this spring still not sure if it will be released direct to dvd or theatrical
midnight meat train is on fearnet on demand but i have been hearing rumors it will hit dvd this jan or feb
trick r treat the last announcement i hear was warner is doing new test screening of the film
Well atleast the cover art is cool and not plagued with "Unrated" and "Extreme" labels stamped all over it. It kills me to see a good horror film get a terrible DVD cover.
horrorchick81; Paranormal Activity is a movie about a married couple who use their home video camera to capture strange and terrifying events that are taking place in their house. There have been dozens of film festival reviews that say it could be the scariest movie ever made.
Has this gotten really good early reviews or something? Cause the trailer makes it look like million other Lionsgate direct-to-disc shitty ripoffs. I feel like I'm missing something.
