If you're missing the ol' DEAD LIKE ME crew as much as I am, you're going to be excited to hear that MGM will be release Dead Like Me: Life After Death (trailer), the made-for-DVD movie of the Showtime series on February 17. Also arriving the same day is the COMPLETE COLLECTION, featuring both season and the feature film. In the feature, when Calvin Kane, a slick businessman who couldn't care less about helping the newly dead, takes over Rube's Head Reaper duties, all hell breaks loose, bringing out the worst in Daisy, Roxy, and Mason. George, however, is determined to set her latest, botched reap right, especially because the boy who was supposed to die, Hudson Hart, is her little sister Reggie's secret boyfriend. In the process, George and Reggie re-connect for real, for the first time.
I totally can't wait but I hear that Daisy won't be played by the recent chick... but some other actress... grrr. And Mandy Patinkin (can't remember how to spell it) May not be coming back because of the recent series he's in at the moment.
What's funny is that Mandy Patinkin couldn't come back because he was on the TV show Criminal Minds -- BUT then he QUIT Criminal Minds without warning, and majorly pissed off the folks at that show. He seems pretty egotistical.
didnt this show also star rebbecca gayhart (urban legends 1 and 2) or am i thinking of another horror show that she was on?? not in thhis particular one, but in seasons one and two of dead like me? i might be wrong just lil confused.
finally! loved this show and was so bummed when it just stopped ... too bad the origianl cast wasent able to get togeather for this ...
