Over at BDTV you can now find two clips and two TV spots for Summit Entertainment's Twilight, which arrives in theaters November 21st. The film is about a high school girl named Bella falls in love with a vampire. The new couple leads a rival vampire clan to pursue them and attempt to force her to decide if she, too, wishes to become one of the undead. Pre-sale tickets are now on sale at various online ticketing sites and are looking to break some records.
The cinematography in this movie looks like it's going to be beautiful. Aside from that, however, it just doesn't look good. Awful dialogue and average (at best) acting in all of the clips and TV spots leads me to believe this will be mediocre. However, I may be willing to check it out on DVD.
I can not wait for this movie. My hopes are higha s I am a big fan of the books. I just feel like the marketing is a little off because it's such a small company and they've never really done a big release like this. from what I've read baout it they nailed the concept dead on. So I'm crossing my fingers and hoping I love it!!!
I think the final product will be really good, so I think it'll meet my expectations, personally. tHe cinematography and music will definitely be something to look forward to at the very least (for those doubters).
