Twitch Film caught wind of a really cool looking new indie feature from young Wisconsin producer Eric Lim entitled THE INFECTED. Working from a script by Simon Boyes - co-writer of Adam Mason’s Blood River, The Devil’s Chair and Broken, which he also co-directed - Lim and directors Niko Pueringor and Sam Gorski are changing tacks and approaching the monster genre from a different angle. The film tells the story of a group of researchers sent to a remote island where experimental research has unleashed an anamorphic creature with the ability to move quickly from host to host - hence the film’s title - destroying everything in its path.
