This past Saturday night horror and sci-fi took over the Greek Theater in Los Angeles for the 3rd annual Spike TV Scream Awards. We've brought you all sorts of coverage, with video from the red carpet coming very soon. Until then, you can check out the official website for some highlights from the actual event, which will air this Tuesday, October 21st at 9PM. You'll be able to see Tim Burton's insanely dangerous entrance, Robert Downey Jr.'s hilarious acceptance speech and a tease of this year's "Best Mutilation Scream". I can't wait to see this, but I may have to see it later since I'll be going to the Grave Mistakes Premiere at the Charles Theatre in Baltimore, MD. It appears that the Scream Awards improves every year based on these pics.
The show was awesome. Dark Knight won most every awards. We miss you Heath Ledger.
