While I love the band and will pretty much support anything they do (fanboy?), I definitely noticed a gradual decline after "Holy Wood" and Twiggy's departure. Damn, now I gotta cough up a hundred bucks to get into that private Halloween party in Hollywood to meet Manson... (okay, not THAT much of a fanboy)

The last Manson album (Eat Me, Drink Me) was horrible, hopefully since this is not said to sound like "Antichrist Superstar" will be better...

Does that mean we might actually see some progress on Phantasmagoria some time soon?

Wow, I forgot how awful he sounds live. But I have to say, I'm looking forward to another Marilyn Manson album. I've been a fan since I was a kid. See, I like Manson because he managed to create a CHARACTER, a stage persona, and have the American public become so OUTRAGED over said persona that they demonized it. Hell, everyone's heard the various urban legends about Marilyn Manson; how he had his bottom ribs removed so he could suck his own dick, how he worships Satan and sacrifices live goats on stage, et cetera. Brian Warner made a monster and the villagers bought it.

The Mechanical Animals album was the Ziggy Stardust type album yo, Not ACSS. But anyways, good news that the new album is almost here.
