If you click on over to BDTV you can check out the trailer for Richard Griffin's BEYOND THE DUNWICH HORROR, a feature-length adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft's masterpiece of supernatural terror. The DVD is now available for order here, or you can read on for a full cast listing and the one sheet.
Kenny Crawford arrives in Dunwich after hearing that his brother Andrew has been admitted to a psychiatric ward, and is suspected in a string of disappearances in the town. With the help of local reporter Marsha Calloway and the eccentric Upton Armitage he probes the last few weeks of his brother's life. As they do so, they uncover evidence of a plot in the works revolving around Andrew, his girlfriend Nikki Hartwell and her twisted friend Otto Bellinger.
The cast of BEYOND THE DUNWICH HORROR are: JASON MCCORMICK (Andrew), SARAH NICKLIN (Nikki), MICHAEL REED (Kenny), RUTH SULLIVAN (Marsha), CARLOS BRUM (Otto), CHRISTOPHER CALCAGNI (Evan), BRANDON APONTE (Batz), ROBIN WATKINS (Dr. James Halsey), SHANETTE WILSON (Dr. Helen Pickman), DAVID FINE (Dr. Jeffrey Howard), RICKY SPRIANO (Ty), ALEXANDRA CIPOLLA (Rich Girl), JASON KRANGEL (Yuppie Boyfriend), ROBERT KERSEY (Penrod), GREG SCOTT (Elderley Man), TIMMY DECOFF (Young Wilber Whateley), and LYNN LOWRY as Margo Warren and JEFF DYLAN GRAHAM as Upton Armitage.
That was the worst trailer in the history of trailers, epic fail on the grindhouse feel, maybe if they wanted a spoof it would be cool but as a serious flick COME ON.
And the 1st one was pretty boring. LOL...
Beyond the Dunwich Horror is not for sale yet on our website but should be by Saturday the 18th.
If you enjoy Lucio Fulci maggot-dripping goodness mixed with Lovecraftian themes, I believe you'll really enjoy Beyond the Dunwich Horror. It's a nice change of pace from the typical horror movie fare.
Who knows... even Flesheater123 might like it!
Many thanks,
Richard Griffin

I enjoyed the hell out of this film. Got a chance to see it in NYC at the Pioneer. Ya, the folder is kickass. I actually think the trailer is very cool, very '70s...I certainly wouldn't call it the worst trailer ever...I mean, how many trailers have you seen Flesheater?
