Queue this one under rumor for now, but what our regular tipster has told us is that Milla Jovovich (pictured inside) is now set to play Alyssa Barron in Senator Entertainment and The Weinstein Company's Clock Tower, the adaptation of the best-selling survival horror videogame franchise from Capcom (Resident Evil, Street Fighter). We have NOT confirmed this, so watch this spot for an update. Jovovich has starred in films such as THE FIFTH ELEMENT, the RESIDENT EVIL franchise, ULTRAVIOLET and will be appearing in THE 4TH KIND and A PERFECT GETAWAY. She's on the other end of the spectrum with Brittany Snow. Brittany's OLD, Milla's TOO OLD. There's no way in hell that Milla can pull off a believable teenager. NO WAY.
Personally I think Brittany Snow fits MUCH better in the role. I like Milla and all but she just does´nt fit plus she´s way too old. I prey that this is only a crappy rumor.
u never know, makeup fx these days, milla just might fit the part, u dunno how they will present her in this movie. she's done such a good job with the others. can't wait tho.
Eh, they can make a rumor about anybody. Even though I would love Milla to be in this, I don't think it's going to happen. You can replace her name with a bunch of other actresses names and that's why it's called a rumor.
Don't get me wrong, I love Milla, just not for a teenage role. Maybe back when she did Dazed and Confused, perhaps. Now? Just not seeing it. I'd prefer her to be in an adult role in this movie, though. She's a good actress. Actually, she could play Brittany's mother. Hehehe...
dont get me wrong i do like milla but like someone else said on here shes like in her 30s and the chareceter alyssa is 18 little bit of age difference there
I was pretty shocked when I googled myself (alyssa barron) and got this... although I'd be proud if Milla played "me," either way, I'm excited to see it, if it ever comes out. :D
