god, i can't wait to buy/see this movie! i usually go on the IMDB boards and love to get spoilers and info on a movie, but with this one i'm staying spoiler free. it supposedly has a major things going on w/ the plot, so i want to be surprised and wrecked (in a good way!). i hope the Weinsteins (Dimension) doesn't sit on this for a ridiculous amount of time, like they did with Rogue.

You know we want it. And like djblack1313, I'm trying to know as little as possible before I see it so I can get the full effect when I do. Lionsgate should be ashamed of itself (even more that usual) for letting Dimension Extreme grab all the good stuff lately.

I, too, was at the screening of Martyrs at TIFF during the Midnight Madness programme on September 10. I would have shared my thoughts of the film but my newbie status prevents me from adding to the Foreign Horror section of the forums. I even removed the URLs in the post too. Oh well. I'm sure other people will chime in with their views.

I didn't think it was anything special. And I really don't know why there was such a harsh rating for the violence because I hardly squirmed at all.
