Arriving on DVD November 18th from Dimension Extreme is The Zombie Diaries. In the early part of the 21st Century, an unknown virus began spreading among the populous. Within weeks it had engulfed the entire planet, from the smallest rural communities to the greatest cities. Upon the death of its host, the virus would reanimate the corpse until it was no longer able to support itself. Soon, the planet was infested with a new threat - the undead. So begins our journey into the dystopian world of The Zombie Diaries. Extras include: Audio commentary by Gates and Bartlett, Audio commentary by actors Russell Jones, Anna Blades, Craig Stovin, Jonathan Ball and Hiram Bleetman, 12 deleted scenes and Until the Last Light Goes Out: The Making of ZOMBIE DIARIES featurette. I just wish it didn't have the biohazard symbol that is so synonymous with 28 Days/Weeks Later movies. Do they HAVE to be connected because they are both zombie movies and both British movies? Sheesh...
