I have yet to see an After Dark 8 movies to die for that was any good. All the movies were garbage. I find it insulting to the fans that they keep trying to trick us into seeing these through the marketing. I was tricked the first year and saw all 8 movies, 4 in theaters and 4 rentals. I really wanted this to be a success but all it turned out to be was diappointing.

Ahhh fuck. I wish I could go to this :( REPO! will be there..

FRONTIER(S) Was Good

The "After Dark 8 Movies to Die For" is separate from this festival. This is "Toronto After Dark" a festival taking place only in Toronto. Out of these films I'm looking forward to Red, Repo and Let the Right One In. Idiots & Angels reminds me, in its appearance, of an animated movie called "I Married A Strange Person", but none the less doesn't look particularly interesting.

If only this were the line-up of "8 Films To Die For" ;). I don't know why they have such a hard time getting 8 horror gems to release each year.

Americangods, I stand corrected and apologize, you are right. I hope Toronto has much more to offer.
