You have to assume there's something wrong with Columbia Pictures' Passengers considering they just changed the release date, and put put the trailer and poster this weekend - literally a week before the original date. Now arriving in theaters October 24th, the film centers on a grief counselor (Hathaway) who helps six plane crash survivors and develops a special connection with one of them. When the survivors begin to disappear mysteriously, she suspects a conspiracy and becomes determined to uncover the truth. Read on for the trailer and poster.
I would reather go see this movie than Saw 5, I mean really Saw 5? Saw franchise died at Saw 3. Saw 5 screeches RENTAL. This has a decent storyline and cast. I dont't think this will be affected by Saw 5 at all.
Oh so they made Lost into a movie, huh? Thanks cool.... NOT. WTF besides the shity storyline of what the main guy can do, isn't this a LOT like Lost... plane crash, odd island, come back to mainland, wierd powers involved. Watch Lost, it's the best show on TV right now anyways- don't watch this.
SAW FOREVER.... I DON'T GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT THERE STORY, I AM IN IT FOR THE GORE. IF I WANT a story, I will pick up a book and read.
Now for this flick, looks like somebody watch to many lost's and hero's. And decided to say, hey let me make a movie about all of that plus final destination and make it PG-13 for the kiddys. And that lady's and gents is passengers. Five bucks it will be another fuckin flightplan. They had that movie lookin scary and it was all just a hoax... I will save this for rental...
Looks really good. A big reason is because I love Anne Hathaway. A part of the trailer reminded me of PET SEMATARY and it creeped me out :P. I would like to see it in theaters (it will certainly be better than another stupid SAW movie), but they're planning on giving it a limited release, which is just stupid IMO. It looks like it would do pretty solid. I hope they change their mind. If LAKEVIEW TERRACE is a hit (which it will be) then they might change their mind, since both star Patrick Wilson. Though Anne Hathaway is clearly the biggest draw here, and she's certainly not a bad one.
This is coming late. I have totally forgotten about this flick. The trailer wasīnt really good at all, itīs different than I thought it would be. However this has an decent cast and plot so maybe this could be decent as well. Every horror movie this year tend to suck. I personally think "The Happening" is the "best" horror movie that Iīve soon so far this year and thatīs saying a lot haha.
By the way I donīt think the poster is THAT bad. Itīs ok, well ok itīs kinda bad but Iīve seen much, much worse. The guys in the background/window ruin it but without them the poster is ok.
I think this movie is gonna be a flop though. Not been advertised and itīs coming out soon and well the trailer wasīnt really good or at least not anything special or that draws you to it.
