DEXTER finally returns to Showtime Sunday, September 28th at 9PM et/pt and to promote the show, Showtime has created a series of faux covers for popular magazines (what if Dexter rocked the cover of Rolling Stone). Read on to take a look or check out the trailer by clicking here. In the show Michael C. Hall plays a like-able Miami police forensics expert that moonlights as a serial killer of criminals who he believes have escaped justice.
Dexter is a great role model. I hope to be just like him one day ;) Just got my girlfriend onto the show. I'm about to finish season 2 and have started watching season 1 again with her. One of the best written/acted shows on TV. Hope they can maintain the excellence in S3.
I love Dexter. If anyone likes the show, I strongly recommend reading the books. I've finished Darkly Dreaming Dexter and Dearly Devoted Dexter and I'm about to start reading Dexter in the Dark. So far, the books are better. So if you have the attention span, read them ASAP.
The Best of those was the new yorker. I think the books are decent(though I was disappointed in the last 20 pages of Dearly Devoted Dexter). The show and Books branch off after the first season/book. The show has a way of telling a story through cliff ending episodes while the books are more crime novel driven. Both are great and I'm looking forward to Dexter Season 3 and Dexter by Design

I get a kick out of appleOFdiscord's comment and how hipocritical he's being. Nice icon you got there buddy....I'm sure that one hasn't been done to death too. You're probably only the 4 millionth person to use that one.
Hmmm..yes EnSabahNur you are very clever, we all get it. Hmmm sure, having Heath Ledger's joker as an avatar is exactly the same as using a tired-old marketing trick that advertisers get paid millions for to promote a number 1 show worth millions. Yep, i can see the irony indeed..Perhaps next time i can pay someone to make my avatar so its more authentic like yours
