This morning B-D reader 'Foxboogiedowne' sent us in a snap shot of the final poster for Saw V, which arrives in theaters October 24th. Now, we have a high-res copy of the poster for you to check out, read on and leave your comments. In the fifth installment of the popular SAW franchise, Hoffman is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends.

This looks kinda cool. Want to see it in HQ. I haveŽnt seen any of the Saw movies(Except for about 30 minutes of Saw 1 and about 15 minutes of Saw II) and by each sequel I lose more and more interest.
"You Won't Believe How It Ends"...That tagline makes me want to see it...But I quit watching them after the 3rd one and don't feel like watching the fourth. They always pick the best horror films and "sequel" them to death..

I really loved the first one. In fact I recommended it to anyone and everyone who hadn't seen it. But it is getting a little overdone at this point. Let's end this fucker.
I'm one of the biggest Saw fans out there, but I would not want to see a seventh. End it at 6. 6 is a good number to end at. That's where Star Wars ended. Any more than 6 WILL get overdone.
why does it mean by "you won't believe how it ends"? It sounds as if the SAW films end with V but we all know they are making more sequels as confirmed
I really hope they don't just kill Agent Strahm 5 minutes into the movie or anything, I don't know why but I really like him.

I'm digging that poster, didn't care much for the one with the dude wearing Jigsaws face ala TCM style but this one is promising. I won't waste my money on it in theaters but will probably give it a rent. It boggles my mind that they have already taken this far.
Wow, I really can't wait for this movie! I think they could have easily ended it after the third movie (which is my favorite), because the fourth one definitely didn't live up to the first three, but so far everything I've seen of this movie looks fantastic! I hope this SLAUGHTERS that High School Musical crap at the box office!
I think the poster looks pretty awesome... Im psyched at how they're pushing the ending through the advertising. Makes me think this one is gonna change some shit around. Maybe make it more like the first 3. Don't get me wrong, i like 4, but it wasn't as good as the first 3. Course 1 is in a league of its own but i digress.
I lost interest after the sucky third one, but damn that's a cool poster. As was the first one. whoever the have doing the posters this go around should get more work. This makes me want to go sit through part 4 so I can see this.
Perhaps it's a line in the film or there's a twist to it; like you wont believe how it ends. Maybe this {Saw V} is the actual ending, and like, it's the actual last Saw and Saw VI is like a prequel to the events happened on Saw V... I mean... Seriously take the time to think about it .. They already messed up the time-line's, {with III and IV happening at the same time}, that it really WOULD NOT suprise me...
I'm starting to think more and more this probably really is the end of the Saw-series in forward time. In that case Saw VI is either not happening, going on at the same time at some point in the series, or flashbacks. A film full of flashbacks would be a tad annoying unless the plot was interesting, though.

All the saw films usually have a "wrap up" at the end, which makes me HAHAHAHA. The franchise is for morons and idiots! And it tries to come off so intelligent and important! Oh how I miss good horror movies!

I'll just watch the last 15 minutes on DVD when it comes out - if it's like all the other Saw movies they'll do that stupid montage AGAIN at the end of the film to tray and make us think we're stupid for not picking up on all of their little hints that the killer was a tube sock or something retarded.

Mmm. I'm a BIG Saw fan and have enjoyed, seen, rented, and bought the other films. But I'm getting a little tired of the series already. BTW why in every trailer it says 'Saw this Halloween'. I'm really getting tired of when the trailer starts out as a good film then just Saw. It's a little tiring.

I'll see it, but IV was something of a disappointment. I had value in that it gave more of Jigsaw's history, but the franchise is becoming formulaic. I hope this one brings some life back into the series.

First poster without Jigsaw, riveting. Saw 4,5 and 6 = How to ruin a franchise. I mean how many people out there are psychotic and care enough to carry on Jigsaw's legacy? I mean Amanda was a clever twist, Strahm was a copycat twist now another one? Really? This has gotten to the point of ridiculous. SWEET!!! I wish they could have made the logo a bit bigger, but it's still great. I've heard numerous reports that this one is theamatically gonna be like the 1st one. Even better!
I can't wait. It's surprising how good this series is considering how terribly it started out. Saw was an awful movie until the sequels lifted it up, gave it some depth and some actual character development. Saw III was easily the peak so far. IV was good, but I fear that future sequels have nowhere to go but down. I really hope that this new director can prove me wrong. Darren Lynn Bousman already proved me wrong so I'm open to anything.
I'll go see it just because I enjoyed the others. It is kinda cool I've seen these the last 4 Halloweens on my anniversary. 5 years 5 saws.

Dude- "You Won't Believe How It Ends". Meaning Jigsaw never died and he's been planning everthing as a huge, elaborate scheme for some jumbled, unorganized and RETARDED reason.
HERE'S THE REASON- These filmmakers have no original ideas and just keep building off of the last sequel for dumbass teenagers that think the writers had the whole storyline all planned out in the first place.
But I admit- these movies are GREAT to rent for $.99 and rip apart with your friends for an evening...if you enjoy watching horrible b-movies.
