I personally have no interest in this tween vampire romance novel fluff, but I don't fault you for covering it, Mr. D. Too many 37-year-old nerds and 18-year-old faux hardasses are determined to claim horror as their exclusive domain - just to show how edgy and cool and "outsider" they are - and think they have some right to try and exclude audience members from other demographics (in particular, younger fans). Of course, these same guys also started out dissing Harry Potter yet now own every film and novel in that series. As an aside, I think its interesting that my good friend neildiamondfan makes a herculean effort to post hateful responses to each and every news item about gory, R-rated films like FRIDAY THE 13TH and SAW V, but doesn't seem at all perturbed that this site covers bloodless, teenybopper soap operas. Perhaps FRIDAY THE 13TH and SAW aren't girly enough for his tastes.
