While additional shooting is about to get underway, today Access Hollywood posted an exclusive preview of Summit Entertainment's Twilight, which now arrives in theaters November 21st. In the adaptation of the popular vampire drama by Stephenie Meyer, the film is about a high school girl named Bella falls in love with a vampire. The new couple leads a rival vampire clan to pursue them and attempt to force her to decide if she, too, wishes to become one of the undead.
If you stop clicking on the story, you won't have to waste your time. Them posting it is no dumber than you clicking on it just for the sake of complaining.
Again Mr. Disgusting, thank you for covering this. I know 99% of the people on this website don't like a word that comes out of Twilight, but I enjoyed the first three books and I come on your website a lot, and it's cool to know some news about the movie.. thank you!
If someone doesn't want to read about this movie, why the hell are you clicking the topic links to it? Just because you guys aren't interested in this, doesn't mean everybody else shares your opinion by a long shot. At least it's not another remake announcement!
It's just funny how much it bothers some people. I mean, there's nothing wrong with not liking it (even though the movies not out yet *shrugs*, though I'm sure half of it is towards the books), but it really seems to offend some people personally, lol. Oh well, I guess every group/fanbase has those with superiority complexes (when it comes to interests). Thanks for the news.
I personally have no interest in this tween vampire romance novel fluff, but I don't fault you for covering it, Mr. D. Too many 37-year-old nerds and 18-year-old faux hardasses are determined to claim horror as their exclusive domain - just to show how edgy and cool and "outsider" they are - and think they have some right to try and exclude audience members from other demographics (in particular, younger fans). Of course, these same guys also started out dissing Harry Potter yet now own every film and novel in that series. As an aside, I think its interesting that my good friend neildiamondfan makes a herculean effort to post hateful responses to each and every news item about gory, R-rated films like FRIDAY THE 13TH and SAW V, but doesn't seem at all perturbed that this site covers bloodless, teenybopper soap operas. Perhaps FRIDAY THE 13TH and SAW aren't girly enough for his tastes.
This really isn't my cup of tea either. But if there is an audience for stuff like this then by all means - cover it. Now how about coughing up some news on The Pig People and Black Devil Doll for the rest of us sick fucks.
It wouldn't bother me half as much if only the author had kept to the Lore ...
I am so fing sick of these vampire romance stories when the beasts are nothing of the sort! I'd like to see a decent Varney the Vampire movie... that would be worthy of mention on a horror site.
