When I saw the original, it was me, my sister and 3 other people. Yes. This is a remake that we have all been waiting for. Come on! The only thing that rocked was LQ screwing a guy and shoving a lipstick applicator into her breast. Not a great movie, but a great scene. And if they're not going to amp up the gore, don't bother.

Is this intended for theatres? I'd hate to see it go straight to DVD because it would be a treat to see it on the big screen. Personally, one of my all time favorite franchises. Pleatherface out.........

I was hangin' with Copon this weekend and he said the Script is AWESOME. He starts filming it next week.

I am interested in this one it could be pretty good. The original is cheesey but good the sequels sucked ass. Im not sure about shannon elizabeth though that chick is almost forty what the hell is she gonna be a cop or one of the mothers. Anyway heres to hoping

How is that any different than the synopsis that was posted a while back? If anything, it's the SAME! And BrotherofTears, have you read the character specs? They aren't cliched in the original way, but they still are cliched! It's like they went, "Let's not used the cliches seen in the original, BUT, we'll use other cliche characters-types!". I'm kinda torn about this, cause the best character in the original, Roger, isn't in this one. Roger was the scaredy cat who actually survived cause he kept running away from the demons, then at the end, he becomes the hero, saving the main girl in the last second! I wouldn't call him a cliche, considering black guys always end up dying, as do big cowards! He's one of the things that MADE that film. As far as I'm concerned, Roger is up there with the Boob/Lipstick scene and Angela's Stigmata Martyr dance.

I hope Shannon Elizabeth shows her bush. Not that I think she's hot, just never seen her bush before. I find unseen bushes intriguing.

I loved Night of the Demons. I think this is gonna be good. We need more good horror based around demons.

I'd like to see what bands will be on the soundtrack. Hopefully, great Halloween bands like the Misfits,KISS,Alice Cooper,and Cradle of Filth!!!! I'm hoping for Bauhaus' Stigmata Martyr making a return to this remake as well.
