Eduardo Sanchez, THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT co-creator, is back with his latest feature film project, The Seventh Moon, which stars Amy Smart and Thim Chiou. The director announced today that the film will have its world premiere at FANTASTIC FEST in Austin, Texas, on Saturday night, September 20, at 10 pm. For the occasion he released the first poster, which can be found inside, along with the trailer! While honeymooning in rural China during the Hungry Ghost Festival, newlyweds Melissa (Amy Smart) and Yul (Tim Chiou) find themselves stranded at night in the middle of a superstitious ritual that may be more real than folk legend.
Looks freaky. Especially in the end where all those white things were chaing Amy Smart... Can't wait for the fest. Last year was awesome. Nothing beats A'linterieur on the big screen while drinking a "5 dollar milkshake".
Wow, that is an awesome poster. As far as the trailer goes, I have to admit that I am intrigued- despite the fact that we didn't see much. We'd practically have to slow that thing down frame by frame to make out all the images.
My first positive comment! This is by far the most interseting trialer I've seen in a while. I'm a sucker for good asian horror and this one has me a bit excited. What more could tou ask for - a full moon and the gates of hell opening? Hell yes!
