Yesterday Lionsgate sent us the first stills from David Hackl's Saw V, while today we were provided with this year's Blood Drive poster, which can be found inside. In the fifth installment of the popular SAW franchise, Hoffman is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends.
Not as good as the first Saw's blood drive poster, but not bad. And I swear, the Saw haters better not come in here and bash Saw in this article too. We got the point that they don't like it.
Despite how desperate SAW has become to make the twist ending as mind blowing as possible (only to fall short and settle for mind numbing), I'm really happy that they're keeping this going, and no matter how pissed off at lionsgate I am, this is still a good cause and an admirable effort.
I love how the "Haters" who post negative comments on every article about a certain mis-treated horror film train ride from the same studio get upset when their "fav" franchise receives hate.
Translation: I hate hypocrites.
That being said I like the Saw franchise, but hope they don't try to carry it to nine movies. Six is a good number to stop on.
now people who are subscribed to this site i would think would comment and discuss movies they like instead of acting like faggots and saying how much these suck well the majority of us loves the saw movies so fuck off and bring that sum where else and about this that girl is mad fine great poster

to 713 and appleofdiscord fuck both of you im gay myself so im pretty sure i can say that and regardless ppl have the right to say whatever they want but its pretty lame when you dont like the movie so you spend your time saying how much the series sucks and how much saw v is gonna suck
You know Scurgar you really acting immature. For all the "Saw" haters we get it you don't like the film. But you know what you do it on purpose. You know why? To act like 3rd graders on here. I actually like the Saw series. I'm not saying you have to like it but you don't have to act like 3rd graders.
it seems to me that people are passionate about saw in two ways they either hate it or love it. i believe though and we can agree to disagree that as long as they make money and people go see and buy the dvds they will continue to make sequels.
Am I allowed to think this series is pretty good? Not the best, not the worst, and usually entertaining. Or do I have to be a raving lunatic on with a hard stance on one side or the other?
the saw haters are all pieces of shit!
everybody has their own opinion...i know, but as i said before why waste your time on here!?!?
as far as the poster ...its amazinggggggg!!!!!!!!!
The only way you couldn't like the SAW movies is if yiu're simply not smart enough to understand them. That's the reason many people dislike Saw IV. But i'd agree that the SAW "haters" do act like 3rd Graders!! lol
The SAW franchise is the FRIDAY THE 13TH series of the new millennium. Now before anyone goes apeshit, I'm a child of the 80s and a FRIDAY THE 13TH fanatic to the marrow. I'm in no way saying that I like the SAW films as much as I do the F13 movies. That is not, and will never be, the case. But SAW had the same sort of cultural impact and effect on the film industry and the genre that the original FRIDAY THE 13TH had in 1980. Though not wholly original (F13 being a child of HALLOWEEN and BLACK CHRISTMAS, SAW being a popcorn variant of SE7EN), both films were huge low-budget hits, spawned a flood of imitators, and kicked off ongoing franchises in which a new entry was released nearly every year in a decade, and each one proved profitable despite gradually diminishing returns. No other horror franchise in this decade has had that sort of impact or success, and like it or not, a whole generation of fans and filmmakers will be influenced by this formulaic but fun franchise literally for decades to come. The movies have their share of flaws, but they're no dumber or cheaper than the slasher flicks of the 80s (without which, let's face it, a site like this might not even exist). I'm a relatively recent convert to SAW fandom, but I'm in for the long haul. I can think of a hell of a lot worse ways to spend 90 minutes every October.
This Saw will go down as one of the best Saw-movies made ... 3V3R!!
Ooh ... The pain!!
