Pleatherface31, I doubt it will eclispe them. From what I heard, the remake tries to be more by adding some pointless subplots. The original was just camp in itself. That's why it worked so well. It didn't try to be "smart", just fun from the beginning to the end. That's why I always say, regarding demons, if you want something a little more thought provoking, just watch The Exorcist. You want literally no real deep plot, just kids throwing a party in a haunted house and being slaughtered by demons, the original Night of the Demons is for you! The remake tries to mesh in a drug subplot and romance subplots(love triangle crap, trying to be deep shit!).
