This afternoon Summit Entertainment has provided us with a bunch of stills from Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight, which arrives in theaters December 12th. The film will be previewed at this week's San Diego Comic Con, so watch this spot for interviews soon. The film is about a high school girl named Bella falls in love with a vampire. The new couple leads a rival vampire clan to pursue them and attempt to force her to decide if she, too, wishes to become one of the undead.
hahha, pleatherface, in the book they say that when a person is turned into a vampire, they become the best-looking/smelling things on earth, one of the advantages they have to attract humans =P
Transparent drivel. You don't just know that it's bullshit, but you can see all the sociologically reprehensible minutiae motivating this garbage. And another thing. There should absolutely be art and entertainment maid for children and teenagers (the term "young adult" is a joke), but does it have to coddle the shit out of them? Can't they be given something more challenging? It doesn't have to make them think, it simply has to "allow" them to think. But if you want to help raise a generation of idiots who can't see past their next piece of ass and they're baseless angst, then by all means, carry on.
