The first trailer was discovered this morning for Howard McCain's Outlander, which stars James Caviezel, Sophia Myles, Jack Huston, Ron Perlman, John Hurt. Click here to check it out! In the script a human-like alien crashes on Earth in 509 AD who inadvertently releasing a horrible monster that he must destroy with the help of a barbaric Viking tribe. The alien creature in the film, called Moorwen, is being created by creature designer Patrick Tatopoulos.
This feels eerily like Battlefield Earth. I'm just getting that sorta vibe or sensation. You know what I mean? That feeling that an obscene amount of money was spent on a sci-fi epic written by a three-year-old? Gives me the shivers.
I love vikings and I love Horror/sci-fi. This could be great or bad in a good way. Either way I cant wait.
